Chair Stretch and Chat via Zoom

For those who wish to embody their spirituality in the comfort of their own space, guided and supported on ZOOM, with like-minded others. We begin with seated gentle stretching for grounding and centering, followed by a poem and pockets of silence to aid in encountering inner wisdom, then engaging in small group dialogue and listening.
Please have available a sturdy chair with no arms. All are welcome.
