Fr. Munduvelil was ordained in Kerala, India in 2000 in the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception (CFIC).
He obtained bachelors’ degrees in both philosophy and theology from Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram Pontifical Athenaeum, Bangalore, as well as bachelor’s and master’s degrees of Social Work from Mumbai University.
In Kerala, he served as rector for pre-novices, minor seminarians, and scholastics, taught, and served as superior in his congregation’s provincial house and at Amalolbhavi College.
In 2012, Fr. Munduvelil came to the Archdiocese of Edmonton where he has served as associate pastor at St. Joseph’s Basilica, pastor of Sacred Heart in Edson, and, since 2019, as pastor of the twin parish of St. Agnes and St. Anthony.
