We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Lead to join our team in a full-time (35 hours per week) capacity. This is a unique opportunity to support the financial vitality of the Archdiocese, its parishes, and institutions while serving a mission over 2,000 years in the making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and coordinate a team delivering diverse financial services across CAEDM entities
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with agility and attention to detail
- Provide financial leadership in budgeting, forecasting, investing, accounting, and reporting
- Offer sound financial analysis and solutions to support strategic decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, service, and accountability
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in the not-for-profit sector
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
- Strong experience with fund accounting and financial planning in mission-driven organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proven record of sound decision-making, reliability, and professionalism
- Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic faith and its mission is preferred
