We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Lead to join our team in a full-time (35 hours per week) capacity. This is a unique opportunity to support the financial vitality of the Archdiocese, its parishes, and institutions while serving a mission over 2,000 years in the making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead and coordinate a team delivering diverse financial services across CAEDM entities
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with agility and attention to detail
  • Provide financial leadership in budgeting, forecasting, investing, accounting, and reporting
  • Offer sound financial analysis and solutions to support strategic decision-making
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, service, and accountability

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in the not-for-profit sector
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
  • Strong experience with fund accounting and financial planning in mission-driven organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proven record of sound decision-making, reliability, and professionalism
  • Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic faith and its mission is preferred
