Sexual assault charges against a Calgary priest have been withdrawn.
Rev. Malcolm Joe D’Souza, 62, was pastor of St. Mark’s Parish from 2010 to 2016. He also served in a number of other communities in southern Alberta.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary released a statement on June 20 saying D’Souza will continue to be on administrative leave which began on Oct. 19.
