We are currently seeking a full time (35 hours/week) Parish Business Coordinator to join the Catholic Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, located in Sherwood Park.

Duties:

  • The responsibilities include support for the Pastor in providing professional operational and administrative duties of the parish.
  • The position is responsible for the stewardship of the financial resources, records management, human resources administration, and facility management of the parish in accordance with Archdiocesan policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary business administration or equivalent experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office Premium; experience facilitating projects, conflict management and problem solving; general knowledge of accounting software and IT platforms.
  • Knowledge of the principals and practices of a Catholic community; and active Catholic faith life are an asset.
