Leonel Tobias is a parishioner at St. Mary’s church in Provost. He will receive the sacraments at this year’s Easter vigil after completing the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program under the guidance of his pastor, Rev. Christopher Selvaraj Rayappan.
