We are pleased to share that the redesigned Archdiocese of Edmonton website will go live this Friday. This marks the completion of a major renewal project led by the Mission Advancement team, undertaken with one goal in mind: to better welcome, serve, and accompany the people of God in our Archdiocese.

The new website places a strong emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and connection. Whether you are an active parishioner, returning to the Church, or simply seeking information, the site is designed to help you easily find what you need and feel at home.

Among the most exciting improvements is the introduction of a new Mass Finder, which allows anyone to locate nearby Masses based on their current location. This tool will make it simpler than ever to find and attend Mass while traveling, moving through the city, or exploring new parishes.

The redesign also features greatly improved navigation, informed by user research and best practices from Catholic and archdiocesan websites across North America. These updates make it easier to explore ministries, find parish information, access sacramental resources, and stay connected with news and events.

To ensure reliability and security, the website will now be hosted in the Cloud, helping keep it accessible even in the event of natural or cyber disruptions.

Please be aware that from Nov. 21 through Nov. 23, there may be brief interruptions as we complete the transition. Any disruptions that do arise will be resolved as quickly as possible.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the 30 parishioners, ministry leaders, and staff who offered their insights throughout the consultation process. Their contributions helped shape a website that reflects the diversity, vitality, and faith of our Archdiocesan community—always remembering that this site exists to serve you, the faithful.
