Catholic Social Teachings

Join us on Friday, October 30th for an open discussion with the book’s co-editors, Doris Kieser, Acting Vice President (Academic) and Dean, and Associate Professor at St. Joseph’s College, and Jane Barter, professor of the University of Winnipeg. It will be an opportunity to reflect upon the continuing impact and diverse reactions to Pope Francis’s historic visit to Canada and his apology to Residential School survivors in 2022. The Journey Presses On contributes to that ongoing journey of reconciliation, by detailing the impact and influence of Pope Francis’s Canadian pilgrimage, and emphasizing that there is still much work to be done.
