As we celebrate the World Day of Prayer for Vocations on Sunday, May 11, Rev. Jake Mullin, the newest ordained priest in the Archdiocese of Edmonton, shares the story of his life journey. Father Jake currently serves as the associate pastor at St. Theresa’s parish in Mill Woods. He was ordained to the priesthood on June 13, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Basilica.
The Lord calls each of one of us to live holy lives by entering into a unique relationship with Him by committing one’s life to one of the following particular vocations: the priesthood, the permanent diaconate, married life or single holy life. We thank the Lord for calling men and women to serve in your Son’s Kingdom. Send your Holy Spirit to help others to respond generously and courageously to your call.
