This forty-five acre property between Edmonton and St. Albert serves the population throughout the greater Edmonton area. We provide at-time-of-need services, burial, entombment, inurnment, memorialization, and pre-arranged services for future burials to anyone, regardless of religious affiliation. Holy Cross Cemetery permits both bronze and granite flat memorials and has an individual area dedicated for upright monuments. A beautiful lake, home in the summertime to Canada geese, is the central landscaping feature of Holy Cross Cemetery. In 1990, a Chapel Mausoleum, the first in the Archdiocesan cemetery system, was built at Holy Cross cemetery. This facility contains single and companion crypts and numerous areas of niches for the inurnment of cremated remains. The Mausoleum has been expanded several times over the years in order to meet the needs of the families we serve.
