Youth & Young Adults
Empowering Young People to Live the Gospel.
Youth Evangelization
“Dear young people: Aspire to great things, to holiness, wherever you are. Do not settle for less. You will then see the light of the Gospel growing every day, in you and around you.”
Youth and Young Adult Ministry in the Archdiocese of Edmonton seeks to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ into the lives of our young people — into their families, schools, communities and, through the workings of the Holy Spirit, to convert them and society by the power and message of the Gospel itself.
While we do not currently have a formal office at a diocesan level, we support many wonderful initiatives across the diocese and in individual parishes.
If you want to get involved in youth & young Adult Ministry in the Archdiocese of Edmonton, check your parish bulletin for local events or get involved in:

We hope that together we can develop a vibrant and welcoming community. The Catholic Young Adults of Edmonton (C-YEG for short) promotes events run by us and other organizations for those who are thirsting for a faith community in the Church! C-YEG was born out of a great desire to have a citywide space for young adults to gather.
We come from all over, grow in faith together through fellowship, and experience who Jesus says we are and calls us to be. We then return to our communities stronger and with greater purpose. What began as a small group of eight people planning a few events quickly grew into a vibrant movement — because young adults need community, and we need you to be part of it!
Young adults are invited to the C-YEG Mass every third Sunday of the month at Resurrection Parish at 4 p.m. Confessions are available from 3:15 p.m. Come for Mass, stay for community, and bring a friend!
