Mission Leadership focuses on providing full, active, conscious and fruitful participation in liturgy. It provides ongoing formation opportunities for the clergy and works with those discerning the call to priesthood, the diaconate and religious life.

Mission Leadership promotes active and prayerful participation in liturgy across all parishes. Parishes are supported in their mission with assistance in implementing sacramental and catechetical formation and through Pastoral Priorities and Synod initiatives. Through formation, guidance, and resources, we help communities celebrate faith with unity and purpose. 

We deliver Safe Environment training for volunteers, and provide leadership to the Archdiocese youth camp programming. Mission Leadership also maintains a collaborative relationship with the Catholic schools and provides support to institutional chaplaincies in hospitals and prisons.
