Chalice Canada is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as its next President. She/he will provide strategic, and organizational leadership to a well-established Roman Catholic Canadian charity dedicated to supporting children, families, and communities in developing countries.
The President will lead an organization entrusted with significant financial resources (annual revenue of $40 million), international aid programs, and most importantly a mission that directly affects the lives, and opportunities of children families, and communities globally.
Opportunity Overview
Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the President will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Chalice Canada. The President will lead the development and implementation of Chalice Canada’s strategic priorities and ensure that the organization continues to strengthen its impact, sustainability, and reputation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization’s mission while ensuring strong governance, financial stewardship, organizational effectiveness, and accountability to sponsors, donors, collaborators and the communities Chalice serves.
