In Loving Memory of Rev. Leonard “Len” Alexander Gartner
(April 9, 1936 – September 12, 2025)
Born in Macklin, Saskatchewan to Adolph and Anna Gartner.
Fr. Len was ordained on May 28, 1961, at Our Lady of the Prairies Parish in Daysland, AB, by Archbishop Anthony Jordan, OMI.
Throughout his 50 years of ministry, Fr. Len faithfully served in many parishes across the Archdiocese of Edmonton, including:

He retired in 2011 after decades of dedicated priestly service.
