    Please join us for the next St. Joseph's College Speaker Series featuring Dr. Micah True, Associate Dean of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies and Professor at the University of Alberta. In this talk, Dr. True will explore the overlapping accounts of the 17th-century Jesuit mission to the Wendat and what we can learn from them today. This event will take place on Thursday, February 12th, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m in the St. Joseph's College Boardroom. Attendees may also participate via Zoom.

    Announcing a Bible study starting January 2026 at St. Anthony’s Church, Edmonton. Please share this news with your network. The Knights of Columbus are facilitating Bible study on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month starting January 10 2026. The study will use The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation (2025), part of the Great Adventure series from Ascension Press. This study teaches Catholics how to read and understand scripture. It introduces the wonderful narrative of the Bible, from Creation to the beginning of our Church, in a way that transforms lives. Participants will gain the confidence to dive even deeper into God’s Word through the mass, their devotions, and their personal study. The Bible Timeline uses high quality materials. Participants can choose between a colour printed or digital workbook that guides their reading of key parts of the Bible. During the meetings, the group discusses their answers to study questions, view video lessons featuring Catholic presenters, and share in fellowship.
