You are invited to step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a weekend of prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal with Fr. Rudy D’Souza at Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre. This retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, listen, pray, and deepen your relationship with God in a welcoming retreat setting.

Meet Our Featured Preacher

Rev. Dr. Rudolf Valerian D’Souza holds a Doctorate in Theology with a specialization in Spirituality, Summa cum Laude, from Rome. His academic background and focus on spirituality bring a rich perspective to this retreat.

November 6–8: Come for the full weekend and allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and be renewed. The retreat will include opportunities for:
