Love Them to the End: An Activation Workshop for Clergy, Seminarians, Lay Chaplains and Pastoral Staff

• Can a Catholic who dies by “MAID” receive a Catholic funeral and burial?
• Why is it wrong to be present at a euthanasia death?
• What is palliative care?

Come explore these questions and more! The workshop will focus on equipping clergy and laity through targeted training, robust catechesis, and hope-oriented pastoral approaches to counter “MAiD’s” cultural normalization, while upholding Church teaching on the sanctity of life, accompaniment in suffering, and natural death. Emphasis will be on proactive, positive witness rather than solely reactive prohibition.
