  1. Confirmation of quorum and membership (per Schedule A)
  2. Adoption of the AGM agenda
  3. Receipt of reports
  4. Chair’s Report
  5. Executive Director’s Report
  6. Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2025
  7. Confirmation of Directors and Officers
  8. Addressing the mandatory audit requirement under By-Law 11.05

No other business will be conducted at this meeting.
