2026 Red Mass and Dinner
You are warmly invited to the 2026 Red Mass where we seek divine support for the legal and judicial services rendered on behalf of Albertans.
The Mass will be concelebrated by Most Reverend Stephen Hero, Most Reverend David Motiuk, and Reverend Father Roy Antony. We not only invite Catholic lawyers and judges to the Red Mass, but also welcome and encourage attendance by those of all faiths and walks of life.
The Dinner will follow, where the Hon. Jason Kenney will give remarks on Hans Holbein’s Portrait of Sir Thomas More. For centuries this iconic painting has evoked wonder in lawyers and judges, and it will be celebrating its 500th anniversary during the coming judicial year.
The service will be held Thursday, October 29, 2026 at:

4:30 p,m. – Gowning (encouraged) 5 p,m. -Red Mass
Following the Mass, you are also invited to attend a reception and dinner a.t the parish’s adjacent hall.
