SUMMARY:Lamplight - Approaching the Word: A Journey into Scripture
DESCRIPTION:Step into the living Word of God with a heart ready to listen\, a mind eager to understand\, and a soul longing for union with Christ. In this series\, you will learn how to approach the Bible not merely as a text to be studied\, but as a sacred encounter — the voice of the Holy Spirit speaking through the inspired words of Scripture. \nRooted in Christian tradition\, this journey blends contemplation with exegesis\, guiding you to read the Word in the light of the Church’s teaching\, the Fathers\, and the liturgy. You will discover how to meditate deeply\, interpret faithfully\, and allow the Scriptures to shape your thoughts\, choices\, and prayer life. \nWhether you are new to the Bible or seeking to deepen your practice\, this course will help you move from reading about God to truly hearing Him — so that His Word may take root in you and bear fruit for eternal life.
