Newman Theological College has an opportunity for an experienced Choir Director to lead its voluntary Student Choir. The Choir provides an opportunity for students to grow in their singing skills and to enhance student life and the liturgical life of the College.
The successful candidate should have some experience in directing choral music and have a good understanding of liturgical music in both the Western and Eastern Catholic traditions. A good knowledge of chant and polyphony is desirable.
This is a part-time role of 2-3 hours a week on average and it will be remunerated by an hourly wage commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
